You can track your order with just a few clicks

Step 1 login into your GOLDALA Account

Log into your account.

Step 2 Order Search

In "Personal Centre”, click on "View ALL" or "My Orders”, you will be able to get an overview of your order history and the status.

Step 3 Order Processing

• Check the track of your package and the estimated delivery time.
• Click on the Tracking Content or "Track" to go to your order Track page.
• Click on "Expedite shipment" to speed up the processing.

Step 4 Shipped Orders

• Check the track of your package and the estimated delivery time.
• Click on the Tracking Content or "Track" to go to your order Track page for details.
• Click on "Urgent Delivery" to speed up the shipment.

Step 5 Order Abnormity

Check or click on the content for any abnormality.

Step 6 Order Confirmation

Once you receive your package, click "Received" and earn Bonus Points. (Shop & Save)

Step 7 Review Submission

In "Review”, you can check former reviews or write a review.
